Your written quote
Check the dates, party size, pickup and drop-off points, vehicle, guide arrangements, accommodation and meal basis. Permits, jeep fees, activities, taxes, currency and optional extras should be itemised.
Payment and confirmation
Standard deposit percentages and balance deadlines are awaiting business confirmation. Request the payment schedule, recipient details, supplier availability and written confirmation process before paying. The enquiry form does not take payments.
Changes and cancellation
Request the cancellation deadlines, refund amounts and any non-refundable supplier costs for your specific itinerary before accepting it. No standard refund percentage is published yet. Hotel, permit and activity conditions can differ; these should be stated in the quote.
If weather or access affects an activity, ask for the available alternative, rescheduling or cancellation options and their cost implications in writing before agreeing to a change. Sightings and weather cannot be guaranteed.
